World of Warcraft Characters

Buying WoW CharactersHave you ever thought which class in WoW is the best? You’ll find that every character class has its pros and cons. Sometimes, the character might get over powered because of an update but normally it gets fixed in a couple of days. If you are good at WoW then you can understand that. If you can play a particular character better than other characters then that means you are better than other players when it comes to playing with that particular character and get lots of world of warcraft gold in the process.

Let’s take a look at each wow character class:

ROGUES:

Rogue is the best character when it comes to destruction. They can level very fast and also kills at a rate faster than any other character. There are many guides available online but quest will yield a different result.

WARRIORS: They are the best characters in the game. They are adventurous but kill slowly at a lower level, so you need to advance to higher level if you want to kill fast.

HUNTERS:

Generally, Hunters are the first character because they have companions and don’t die unless they are robbed or ripped off. Hunters are considered to be dull characters, so don’t choose this class if you don’t like dull characters. When it comes to killing, Hunters are not good at it but they still have an advantage.

WARLOCKS:

This character is similar to Hunter but gets a pet at a different level than Hunter. Warlocks are fun to play and they can kill faster. They also get better DPs at higher level.

PALADINS:

Everything is great about this class; it’s superior to other classes based on their talent. Paladins can stay alive and can AoE. They can TANK, DPS and self heal at the same time thus, making them more powerful.

MAGES:

They make great DPS partners especially in the FIRE spec. They are slow till level 30 but they can AoE a good number of mobs, if you know how to play the character. A mage and priest can gather tons of gold if they go for farming together.

PRIESTS:

Priest is one of the most important characters of World of Warcraft without it we can’t have instances. When you go to the quest, you can heal everyone with the help of the priest. Priest levels slowly till level 40 but then get’s exciting with shadow. Priest can cast many curing spells on you. But, it may take some time because they don’t kill fast.

I really enjoy playing World of Warcraft and I have several characters to level 80 already. You may wonder why I decided to level up and gear up so many characters? Well, World of Warcraft is an amazing game but with just one character I felt somewhat limited in exploring what is possible. So I made an alternative character (otherwise known as an ‘alt’). Once this alt was level 80 and somewhat geared up, I decided to test another class as well.

Most of the people I know who play WoW have at least 2 characters, while some have one of each class to a total of 10. 10 characters per realm and 50 characters total on all realms is the maximum allowed by Blizzard at this point. Why so many? Mostly because of the class restrictions that Blizzard has implemented – some classes are melee damage dealers, others are casters and healers so if you are curious and would like to test it all, you will have to try out the different classes. For example, melee damage dealers are the warriors, death knights, rogues, enhancement shamans, feral druids in cat form and retribution paladins – they need to get close to the enemy to do damage. Other classes such as balance druids, mages, warlocks, shadow priests and elemental shamans are casters, which means that they can do damage from distance and are more vulnerable when the enemy gets close to them due to their armor restrictions. The word “squishy” comes to mind when talking about all cloth dps classes.

Another good reason to make more than one character is the fact that we are allowed to have only two primary professions per character. Primary professions are main sources of income for many players, and being limited to just two forces many players to level up an alt just so they can learn 2 more professions on the additional character and buy wow gold in World of Warcraft. I have almost all professions in the game split on various characters and it bring me solid income when I can be bothered to craft and list auctions at the Auction House. It also saves me money when I need something crafted, as items in the Auction House are overpriced – in this case I just log my alt and craft whatever I need and voile – money saved for something more useful right there!

Sometimes it happens that some of your real life friends also start playing World of Warcraft; however, they choose either a different realm or a different faction. In this case, making a new character to have some fun with your friends is something normal – after all, it is much more fun when you can laugh and discuss this and that about the game next time you see your friends over a cup of coffee or an ice cold beer.

The downside of having many characters is that it will take a lot of time to gear them all properly and get them ready for raiding if this is what you want to do. However, if you are playing them just for fun while you are focusing on one main character most of the time, you can get the benefits of checking how other classes work, leveling some additional professions to boost your gold income and have fun with your friends any time you feel like. It is up to you which option you will prefer, but for me having several characters works just fine.
